Privacy in the AI assistant
This page explains how W3M s. r. o., Klemensova 13, 811 09 Bratislava, processes data when you use its public AI assistant. The assistant is intended solely for general pre-sales information about W3M services.
Data we process
We store questions, answers, language, cited sources, and optional feedback. We do not store raw IP addresses; abuse prevention uses only a one-way HMAC identifier. If you request a follow-up, we store your email address in encrypted form and your question after you give explicit consent.
Do not enter passwords, credentials, third-party personal data, or confidential customer or project information.
Purpose and retention
We use the data to provide answers, protect the service from abuse, evaluate quality, and identify gaps in approved public knowledge. Conversations are retained for no more than 30 days. Unresolved questions and optional contact data are retained for no more than 90 days unless a different period is legally required.
Providers and automated processing
Cloudflare Turnstile is used for abuse prevention. For questions supported by the knowledge base, relevant approved public passages and the question are sent to OpenAI to generate the answer. Customer and confidential documents are not included in the public knowledge base. The assistant does not make legal or contractual decisions.
Your rights and contact
You can request access, correction, or deletion at info@w3m.sk. You can also use this address to exercise other rights under applicable law and request further information about recipients or data transfers.
